The term “church” has somehow over time become synonymous with “building” or “service”.  We often make comments like, “I’m driving to the church” or “I’m going to church”. With the rise of larger churches and even mega churches, these faulty views of “church” have been intensified as it’s easy for many to attend a service each week without really being an active “part” of the church whose services they are attending. As a result, many have been robbed of experiencing what it’s like to be a part of a Biblically functioning Church! At The Ark, we believe that a church is something to be a part of, not just something to attend. Church is more than a weekly seminar on good living, it’s a body of Christ-followers who care for and support each other through the storms of life... every day of the week!
